Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at La Nettoyer Framing Ltd. in a permanent position.
Work EnvironmentThe successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. The site may be noisy and dusty at times.
Responsibilities- Establish and oversee work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
- Assist in measuring weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress and site conditions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Criminal record check.
- A welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Mentorship programs for newcomers and refugees.
- Awareness training for employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
