Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at La Nettoyer Framing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
- Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues or defects promptly.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and healthy environments for workers, visitors, and the general public, implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols as required.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress and requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction workers to achieve project goals.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting.
