Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Construction Supervisor to join our team at La Nettoyer Framing Ltd.
Job Summary:The General Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, including progress reports, safety reports, and quality control reports.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
The General Construction Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites. The role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards.
