We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Lead to join our team at Alquemy Search & Consulting in Edmonton, Alberta.

As an Agile Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and facilitating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful implementation of Scrum methodology in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration among team members to achieve shared objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and relevant experience working with Kanban.
  • Fluency in Kanban is essential.
  • Prior experience in a software product shop or SaaS/DevOps environment would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence for agile execution and reporting is necessary.
  • Proven ability to remove impediments, shield the team from outside distractions, and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills to manage relationships with various partners and stakeholders.
  • Able to analyze complex technical concepts and provide informed decision-making.
  • History of implementing agile techniques in diverse cultural environments.

What We Offer:

Alquemy Search & Consulting offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 based on your experience and qualifications. This is a full-time opportunity that requires relocation to Edmonton, Alberta.
