Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by adhering to company standards and guidelines, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
