Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Circle K, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide assistance with purchases
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Make purchase suggestions and provide recommendations to customers
  • Work with our food program and maintain store appearance
  • Interact with customers daily and provide fast and friendly service
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and friendly conversation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
  • Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions
