Customer Service Representative Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Circle K's high standards for store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
