Home Support Worker: Providing Compassionate Care

At DOMINICO, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Light Housekeeping: Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation.
- Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed.
- Errands and Appointments: Accompany clients on errands and appointments, providing transportation and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
- Language: Fluency in English.
As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their homes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and prioritize tasks.
