Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our delivery services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics activities, including dispatching drivers, monitoring routes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure drivers have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
