Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at EASTMAN LOGISTICS LTD.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and organizing tasks to accomplish the work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Logistics Supervisor will work 30 to 35 hours per week.
