About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Eagle Crest Canada Construction Ltd. in a Construction Industry setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the construction team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Construction company setting.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
