About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a Senior Corporate Strategist, you will play a key role in driving our organization's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide executive-level advice and guidance to senior leaders on strategic matters.
  • Lead the development of annual business plans and performance metrics.
  • Monitor industry trends and perform market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders through clear and concise summaries.
  • Oversee the presentation design process for executive-level presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, with a track record of effective collaboration and leadership.
  • Proven ability to collect, interpret, and distill complex information into compelling narratives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in rewording complex ideas and prioritizing information.
  • Passion for driving innovation and growth.
  • Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and design principles.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work independently.
