Job Title: Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and supporting our culinary team in preparing and serving delicious meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Package take-out food.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Work under pressure.
Experience:
  • Will train.
  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
