Residential Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team at the English River Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel rooms and public areas.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
• Restock linens, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms
• Assist with special requests from guests, such as extra towels or pillows
• Participate in ongoing training and quality control initiatives to ensure consistent high-quality service

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-6 months of previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Parking available on site
