Residential Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Residential Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at 17H Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires approximately 30 to 35 hours of work per week. As a Residential Cleanliness Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, including floors, furniture, and other areas.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure they are clean and free of dust and dirt.
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dust and dirt.
- Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries to residents as needed.
- Stock linen closets with clean linens and toiletries.
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas as required.
- Handle and report lost and found items to residents or management.
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items as needed.
- Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to residents.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene as needed.
- Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Mend clothing and linens as needed to extend their lifespan.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
- Shop for food and household supplies to restock inventory.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained environment.
- Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Parking available on site.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
- Estimated salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, based on experience and location.
