About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at GATE OF INDIA. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement new menus and recipes to meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets, ensuring that every detail is attended to and every guest is delighted.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
