Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Spices of Punjab Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavors and cuisine.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and physical stamina. As an Executive Chef, you will be expected to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
