Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to join our team at Circle K ESSO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
About the RoleAs a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising sales staff, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters, as well as resolving any issues that may arise in the store.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Sales Staff: Assign sales workers to duties, ensure they are meeting performance expectations, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Hire and Train New Employees: Recruit, interview, and hire new employees, and provide them with comprehensive training on store policies and procedures.
- Maintain Inventory Levels: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and ensure that inventory is properly organized and maintained.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters, and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and take corrective action when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
