What You'll Do
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
  • Manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
