Job Title: Retail Store ManagerThe Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales teams and implementing strategies to increase sales volume.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensure stock is accurately recorded, and implement strategies to minimize stock loss.
- Cash Handling and Security: Ensure accurate and secure cash handling procedures are in place, and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and basic computer literacy.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
