Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Analyze operating costs and other data to inform menu planning and food preparation decisions.
- Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, as well as for special guests or functions, to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences for weddings, banquets, and other events.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards and cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure a safe and healthy food environment.

Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent position with a 40-44 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
