Job Summary

Escape Transport Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and Control the performance of our delivery drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and Maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and equipped to meet the demands of our operations.
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including dispatch, customer service, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide Training and Support to our delivery drivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations and provide feedback to our delivery drivers, helping them to identify areas for improvement and develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • MS Office skills
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Steel-toed Safety Boots
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of communication
