Job Summary

Escape Transport Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations: Identify areas for improvement in our delivery operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Vehicle Maintenance: Coordinate with our maintenance team to ensure our fleet of vehicles is well-maintained and in good working condition.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all delivery drivers are aware of and comply with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and dispatch, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G licence to operate our vehicles.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work under Pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
