Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and Control the performance of our drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and Maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and equipped to meet the demands of our operations.
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with Other Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Provide Training and Support to our drivers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge to meet the demands of the role.
  • Manage and Control our inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • MS Office skills
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Steel-toed Safety Boots
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
