Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at WORLD KITCHEN CABINET LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures: Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Delegate work to office support staff: Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Administer policies and procedures: Ensure compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation, and administer policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Co-ordinate office services: Plan and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assist in budget preparation: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Prepare reports and correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee office administrative procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster, and assist with foreign credential recognition.
