Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization at Nations Fresh Foods. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of departments and teams.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of senior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their goals.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Representation and Partnerships: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
