About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our client's team in Concord, ON.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and making necessary repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair heavy-duty trucks and equipment in a safety-focused environment
• Conduct inspections and identify potential problems
• Repair and replace parts as needed
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
• Valid 310T Heavy Duty Mechanic license or 3rd Year Apprentice
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a heavy-duty mechanic
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
