Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at S G INTERNATIONAL TRADING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate the assignment and review of work.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
