Job Title: Cement Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finishing Supervisor to join our team at BuildCo Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cement finishing process and ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cement finishing crew members
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of equipment and tools
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in cement finishing or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy and physically demanding environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
