We are seeking a skilled Cement Finishing Supervisor to join our team at BuildCo Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cement finishing process, ensuring high-quality results, and leading a team of skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cement finishing crew members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Monitor and control materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy and at-heights environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
