We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Secretary to join our team at Force Canada Logistics Ltd.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
About the Role- Arrange and coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences with internal stakeholders and external partners;
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency;
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries;
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation;
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to critical documents;
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism;
This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a client-focused attitude. Fluency in English is required.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards for this role in a similar location.
