We are seeking a highly skilled IT project coordinator to manage IT projects, lead teams, and oversee daily operations at Your Time Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT projects, including design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Direct and control daily operations by setting clear goals and objectives for team members.
- Evaluate daily operations for improvement opportunities and implement changes as necessary.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to perform their duties.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure security and efficiency.
- Authorize product or service specifications to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain open communication with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Manage incidents and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met.
Work Details: Permanent position, 30 hours per week, English language
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
