As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Standing for extended periods
* Efficient interpersonal skills
* Flexibility
* Team player
