Product Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team at Shell College Park. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring adequate stock levels, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to our outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a merchandising or inventory management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
