Product Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Shell College Park. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, maintaining adequate stock levels, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Coordinate the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Review requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
- Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with some physical demands. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma is necessary.
- Will train on the job; prior experience is not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
