Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at Shell College Park. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, maintaining adequate stock levels, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to our outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review the requirements of our establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase, ensuring that our inventory meets the needs of our clients.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, taking into account factors such as quality, price, and availability.
Work Environment

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to lift heavy objects on occasion.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
