Job Description

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Real Estate Office Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our real estate office, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive business growth and success
  • Hire, train, and direct staff to achieve individual and team goals
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data to inform business decisions
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
