Assistant Vice President, Real Estate Lending Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Real Estate Lending team as an Assistant Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible for account management oversight for new and existing lending relationships, as well as the performance of those accounts.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Marketing plan execution and account management
- Reporting and credit preparation
- Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Identifying and mitigating credit and other risks
- Providing mentoring and oversight to junior team members
- Developing recommendations for policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, and have 5+ years of experience in marketing credit products and real estate lending. They will also have superior analytical and decision-making skills, as well as proficiency in standard office equipment and MS products.
