Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Dusty Property Management - Handyman Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing projects, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
* Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
* Provide exceptional support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, budget, and timelines
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
