We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Groupe Paco inc. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our engineering and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients, architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and technical parameters.
  • Review contracts and technical quotes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and cash flows, and monitor their progress.
  • Manage administrative aspects of projects, including contract inclusion and compliance with contractual clauses.
  • Ensure the resolution of design, procurement, production, and installation issues, and compliance with local standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in project estimation and participate in the continuous improvement process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering or relevant experience in one of these fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, including 2 years in project management.
  • Excellent command of English and French, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and MS Project.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong relational skills and team player.
