Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and in line with the project's essence.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and track tasks at all stages of product development, from initiation to project closure.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and understand and analyze the technical work performed by the project team.
- Manage and budget resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- 5-10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of Zoho Project and Jira Cloud or other project management tools is an asset.
- Essential knowledge in product development, either embedded or consumer electronics.
- Bilingual, excellent communication skills required for regular exchanges with our development partners.
- Autonomous and organized.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive leader and good motivator.
- Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
