About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our members' financial needs and goals
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on lending and investment products and services
  • Identify and pursue sales and referral opportunities to grow our business
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our members receive the best possible advice

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of lending and investment products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue sales and referral opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
