Job Summary
The Relationship Manager is a key role within our Commercial Banking team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain customers, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the bank's products and services to drive growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions, applying this knowledge to provide valuable insights and advice to customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall strategy.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and business plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, processes, and procedures to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and other banking software.
