Job Description

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is a key role within our Commercial Banking team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain customers, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the bank's products and services to drive growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions, applying this knowledge to provide valuable insights and advice to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall strategy.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and business plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, processes, and procedures to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and other banking software.
