Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our senior executive team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other tools to track information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
