Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Learning and Development to lead our global learning strategy and roadmap, enabling our people to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles and strategies to drive behavioral change through collaborative and inclusive approaches.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale learning programs, managing resources efficiently, and developing innovative solutions to enhance competencies and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of learning professionals to advance capabilities and sustain a world-class learning experience
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define and execute learning programs and strategies
  • Deploy various learning modalities and modes to incorporate on-the-job, formal, and informal experiences
  • Provide thought leadership and consultancy services to enhance business performance informed by best practices and emerging trends
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale learning programs and managing resources efficiently
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and strategies to drive behavioral change
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Able to lead and develop others in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment
