Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2079651 ALBERTA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Inventory and Records: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize buffets and banquets, and manage kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
