Executive Leader for Integrated Business Planning

SAP is seeking an experienced Executive Leader to head our Integrated Business Planning Product Management Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented professionals and driving the strategic direction of our product management function.
Key Responsibilities- Drive commercial success for our Supply Chain Planning portfolio, with a focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Develop and execute the product strategy and vision for our IBP solutions
- Lead with customer adoption & satisfaction at every step of the way, monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics, and taking data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive revenue growth
- Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives
- Ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and the board, working closely with the executive leadership team to define and execute the overall business strategy
- Provide strategic leadership to the organization
- Manage an organization by leading a team of Senior Product Managers, providing guidance and mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and maximize their potential
- Professional with an academic background in Computer Science, Business, or Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree or MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record in Product Management and/or Engineering leadership roles for state-of-the-art SaaS enterprise software solution providers
- Strong domain expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts and solutions or related fields
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive substantial revenue growth and market share
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals, manifested by high leadership trust and employee engagement score
- Ideally, an international track record shows that you can effectively relate to multicultural teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, proven executive presence including C-Level communication, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Leadership qualities: trust, empowerment, and clarity, reliability, accountability, and execution-driven
