Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at KR Roofing & Exteriors Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation and equipment
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in office administration, an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
