Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English or French
  • 32 hours per week
