Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CANADA INC. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Language: English.
Hours: 35 hours per week.
